This agreement is between League Orchard, LLC, doing business as Athlete Orchard ("Athlete Orchard", "we", "us"), and the club named above ("your club").
Youth sports runs on five disconnected tools and a volunteer's spare evenings. Registration in one place, the schedule in another, the roster in a spreadsheet, money in a third app, and communication scattered across email, a group text, and whatever the coaches set up themselves.
Athlete Orchard puts that in one place: registration, rosters, scheduling, payments, and communication, for the club and for the family.
We are opening a beta to a small number of clubs before public launch, and we would like yours in it.
This is a small, hands-on beta, not a mass early-access list. You get setup help, a direct line to the people building it, and real influence over what gets built next. In return we ask for real usage and honest feedback. It is a two-way partnership, and at this size your feedback genuinely changes the product.
The beta runs through the 2026 to 2027 season. Public launch is anticipated in 2027 and may move depending on how the product develops. Your six months without a subscription fee begins at public launch, not at signing.
Athlete Orchard is under active development. It may be incomplete, it may change without notice, and it will contain errors. It is provided as is, with no warranties of any kind.
Keep your existing records. Do not let Athlete Orchard become the only copy of anything your club cannot afford to lose, including rosters, registrations, waivers, and payment records. Export regularly. We will help you export at any time.
You own it. Everything your club puts in stays your club's. We use it to run the platform and to support you during the beta. We do not sell it and we do not share it with other clubs.
You are the one with the relationship to your families. When you upload a roster, guardian contacts, or registration data, you confirm your club is entitled to share it with a service provider for the purpose of running your club. We have no way to verify that, and we rely on you.
Records about children. Athlete Orchard stores information about minors because a youth sports platform cannot work otherwise: names, dates of birth, teams, and who their guardians are. We collect it to run your club's programs, not to advertise to anyone. We do not sell it, we do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not disclose it except to run the service for you or where the law requires it. A guardian may ask us or you for a copy of their child's record or ask for it to be deleted, and we will act on that. Roster photographs processed for import are read on the uploader's own device and the image itself is never sent to us.
Deletion. Ask, and we will export your club's data and delete your account.
If your club collects money through Athlete Orchard, it does so through its own Stripe account, which your club connects and controls.
Unreleased features, pricing, roadmap, and anything discussed on the check-in calls are confidential. Please ask us before sharing screenshots or details publicly. Your own club's data is never covered by this and is always yours to share.
Feedback you give us may be used to improve Athlete Orchard without restriction and without compensation. You keep every right to your own ideas and to your own club's methods, curriculum, and drills.
Either of us may end your club's participation at any time, for any reason, with notice. If we end it, your club keeps the six months without a subscription fee after public launch that it earned by taking part, and you keep the right to export everything.
